THB: Oscargasm Correction

A quick note… I have updated the file for this column, but many people read the column right off the e-mail, so I am sending this correction.

In the “Last Two Slots” category, I mistakenly left off Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse. I have received many notes with all kinds of opinions about the column and the placement of films and actors, but the one missing item that I actually forgot, as opposed to having a differing opinion on Best Picture, was Spider-Verse.

I have to mea culpa because the failure to remember to include it reflects the many years I have been doing this and the limitations that have been put on animation and documentary over decades. It just goes to show you how ingrained these boundaries are in me and others, even though I believe this film has the opportunity to break through.

So, apologies and corrected.
