THB #516: CinemaCon 2024 - Episode One
This is my 3rd day in Vegas and I really haven’t felt like writing yet.
I will drill down into the specific offerings by Warner Bros, Lionsgate, Universal, Paramount and Disney… but I’ve been much more interested in the overall feeling of the rooms and the event itself.
The very odd feeling is that people aren’t lying - to themselves or others - but almost no one is speaking the truth.
The only universally agreed on “family secret” that kept coming up was that it’s fun to make fun of Adam Aron, who for all the joking, has the biggest chain of cinemas in America. Ha ha.
