Both unions are suffering from a not-atypical problem in the marketing of television and movies… the thing that effectively breaks through with the public is not actually the thing that they need to sell. 2 opposing ideas. In the movie business, this tends to lead to a better than fitting opening followed by audience disappointment, bad word-of-mouth, and a big 2nd weekend drop.
