A few weeks ago, I went to Washington, D.C. to talk to the star and director of Netflix’s new film, Rustin, literally 36 hours after the end of the SAG strike. They had a fascinating room set up at the Library of Congress with Bayard Rustin’s actual correspondence in putting together the March on Washington.
